Today, as Head Coach of MIT Bootcamps, I train entrepreneurs from around the world in innovation and leadership, guiding teams to achieve extraordinary results under pressure.
In Israel, I led teams and the growth of a cybersecurity startup that scaled from 10 to 1,500 people in just two years. Leading in a highly dynamic environment, marked by wars and constant changes, allowed me to develop resilient and cohesive teams capable of excelling even in extreme uncertainty.
