For over 20 years, I have built a multifaceted career in strategy, innovation, and leadership in challenging global environments. I have worked in Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, gaining a unique understanding of how to navigate complexity and turn challenges into opportunities.

At McKinsey & Company, I specialized in mergers and acquisitions, change management, and leadership development, helping companies across various industries integrate innovation into their growth strategies. I have always had a clear focus: connecting strategy with the people who make it happen.

My passion for technological transformation led me to earn an MBA from MIT Sloan, where I learned to combine creativity, rigorous analysis, and a human-centered approach to design disruptive solutions. Today, as Head Coach of MIT Bootcamps, I train entrepreneurs from around the world in innovation and leadership, guiding teams to achieve extraordinary results under pressure.

In Israel, I led teams and the growth of a cybersecurity startup that scaled from 10 to 1,500 people in just two years. Leading in a highly dynamic environment, marked by wars and constant changes, allowed me to develop resilient and cohesive teams capable of excelling even in extreme uncertainty.

As a consultant, I have worked with companies of various sizes in more than 20 countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Switzerland, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. Since 2017, I have been working on the adoption of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, helping organizations understand their impact and harness their potential to drive innovation.

My approach is clear: creating innovative, adaptable teams that generate sustainable impact, balancing high performance with human well-being. I foster organizational cultures that achieve exceptional results without losing sight of the people behind them.
